New EP Contract Signed for Cement WHR Power Generation Project in Namibia

On 15 December 2017, Sinoma EC signed contract for the 4.5MW WHR Power Generation Project for the ongoing 2500t/d cement production line of Whale Rock Cement (Proprietary) Limited under Asian-African Business Management (XI’AN) Co., Ltd. In Namibia.

Asian-African Business Management (XI’AN) Co., Ltd. is a professional management company listed in Singapore with headquarter in China, mainly in the business of cement related business operation management, endeavoring in the investment, operation and management of cement in Asia, Africa etc. countries and regions. Since its establishment, the Company holds on to the strategic opportunity of the “Going out” of cement capacity, aiming at the emerging market along with the silk road, especially Middle Asia, South-East Asia and African countries, actively taking its own technological, fund and management advantages to joint with the emerging market.
